The Cuba app is the mobile version of Kuba IK, a web-based HSE and quality system. Kuba IK is adapted to companies in almost all industries. The Cuba apps seamless connection to Kuba IK makes it easy to, among other things, register and manage deviations, carry out risk analysis, manage activities and digitally fill in your own custom checklists. You can use your phone to take pictures that are automatically added to deviations or checkpoints. When using the app, the right person will be notified directly by text message and / or e-mail, which makes follow-up for all parts of the organization easier and more secure.Everything that is done using the Cuba app will be stored in Kuba IK. All the companys documents are also stored here and the system also provides an overview of requirements in laws and regulations for the companys work within health, environment and safety. This also applies to companies that have chosen the project and / or the FDV module, which in addition can also prepare a secure job analysis as well as keeping hours and other types of registrations.Kuba IK has optional modules for non-conformance management, risk analysis, document processing and archiving, activity wheels / annual wheels with notification to SMS and / or email, personnel management, vehicle register, own website, etc. Only selected modules are displayed in the Cuba app.Kuba IK also contains a selection of handbooks that allow the system to be adapted to the companys needs, and contains most things from a simple HSE handbook to a more comprehensive quality system. These are of course available in the Cuba app and the content you want to watch is downloaded to your phone.With the Cuba app, you have the companys HSE and quality system with you at all times.The application requests all access permission to files since it is mandatory to upload files that can be used in internal / external storage, valid for several functions throughout the application. Such a scenario could be uploading a document or photos to support the added discrepancy.
